• All of our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC).  Puppies are sold at a reduced price as pets with limited registration; full AKC registration may be available on some puppies pending approval.   Puppies sold as pets can have limited/pet AKC papers after I receive proof of spay/neuter.  
• A note about Limited vs Full Registration:  Limited means that your puppy IS registered, but any offspring born to the dog will be ineligible for registration.  If you are not a breeder, then you do NOT need full registration for your puppy.  A dog with limited registration can still be entered in activity events with AKC, such as field trials, agility, fly-ball, etc.  
•  Our puppies are ready to go to their waiting families at the age of 8-10 weeks in most cases.    They will have had their first set of shots, and will have been dewormed according to the schedule suggested by my veterinarian.  Puppies come with a 2 year health guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects. We also provide lifetime breeder support when you purchase one of our puppies. 
  
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy until it is old enough to go home with you.  Deposit amount is $300-$500 depending upon the price of the puppy. I accept credit/debit card payments via my Square merchant account (plus 4% Square service fee). Deposits are accepted on puppies younger than 8 weeks old and not yet ready to leave here.  For puppies older than 8 weeks, we require the full purchase price to be paid, regardless of when puppy is being picked up or shipped.   
• Puppies must be paid in full by the age of 8 weeks. Final payment can be made by credit card, or cash- no checks please.  There is an additional 6.025% sales tax that must be added for all puppies picked up in here in Texas. 
• Any puppy being 'held'  after purchase after 8 weeks of age,  will be charged a $10.00 per day boarding fee, i.e. holding for Christmas, Birthdays or other gifting dates.  No puppy held without a deposit.  Any puppy over 8 weeks only full payment will be accepted. 
  
• Our puppies are fed Royal Canin Mini Puppy.  A starter bag will be provided when you receive your puppy. 
• Our dogs are under the excellent care of the vets at The Animal Medical Center of Panola County in Carthage, Texas.  Emergency care is also provided by the East Texas Pet Emergency Clinic in Longview, TX.
• We have been inspected and licensed by Department of Licensing and Regulation in the state of Texas, as well as by the American Kennel Club.
